We are dedicated to providing you with high-quality products that transform your home into a sanctuary. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit for your space. Our goal is to make the return and refund process as transparent, professional, and straightforward as possible, ensuring your absolute satisfaction with every purchase.
Return Window & Product Eligibility
We offer a customer-friendly return policy to ensure you are confident in your purchase:
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
- Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: brand new, unassembled, free of any outdoor wear or physical damage, and unused. It must also be in the original packaging with all parts and hardware included.
- Packaging Safety: Given the size and natural materials of our swings, the items must be securely repacked to ensure they are not damaged during the return transit. Items returned with damage due to inadequate packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return (RMA Process)
To ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently, we employ a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system.
Please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] with your Order Number and the reason for your return.
- Receive Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a unique RMA code and the specific Return Address for our designated facility.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item and clearly mark the RMA code on the outside of the box.
CRITICAL WARNING:
Please do not send items back to the sender’s address on the package without contacting us first. Swingcrafted cannot be held responsible for packages returned blindly to our administrative offices or origin addresses without an authorized RMA. All unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility
Responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:
- Merchant Responsibility (Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Item): If the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or if we sent the incorrect item, Swingcrafted will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. Note: You must report such issues to us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.
- Customer Responsibility (Customer Remorse/Change of Mind): If you decide you no longer want the item, chose the wrong size, or prefer a different style, you will be responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs.
No Restocking Fees
We believe in full cost transparency. Unlike many retailers in the furniture industry, Swingcrafted does not charge any restocking fees. If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund for the product price without any hidden administrative deductions.

Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return shipment is received at our facility, our quality control team will inspect the item within 1–3 business days.
- Approval: Once the inspection is complete and the return is approved, we will notify you via email.
- Issuance: The refund will be processed immediately and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Banking Window: Please note that it typically takes 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
- Cancellation Window: You may request a full, unconditional refund if you cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] immediately.**.
- Post-Window Cancellations: Once an order has entered the processing or shipping phase (typically after 12 hours), it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you must receive the item and follow the standard return process.
- Fraud Prevention: To protect our community, Swingcrafted reserves the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity, such as returning items that have been substituted or significantly used.
