Shipping & Logistics

Q: Where do you ship from and what areas do you cover? A: All orders are processed and managed from our operational headquarters. Currently, we focus exclusively on serving families within the United States. Please note that due to the oversized nature of our wooden swing stands and poly furniture, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.
Q: How much does shipping cost? A: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders $150.00 and over. For orders under $150.00, a flat rate of $19.99 applies. Whether you are ordering a small rope kit or a full-sized 8-ft Western Red Cedar A-Frame, the price you see is the price you pay—no hidden freight surcharges at checkout.
Q: When will I receive my order? A: We understand you’re excited to start relaxing! We process all orders within 2-4 Business Days (Monday-Friday). Once your item leaves our facility, transit time typically takes between 5 to 10 Business Days, depending on your distance from our hub. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your swing is on its way.

Returns & Cancellations

Q: What is your return policy? A: We want you to love your outdoor sanctuary. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unassembled condition and in the original packaging. We are proud to state that we charge No Restocking Fees.
Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs? A: If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, Swingcrafted will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. However, if you are returning an item due to “change of mind” or personal preference, the customer is responsible for the return freight charges.
Q: How do I initiate a return? A: Important: Do not send items back to the address on your shipping label. To ensure your refund is processed, you must first email [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific shipping instructions. Packages returned without an RMA cannot be accepted.

Product Quality & Craftsmanship

Q: Will the product look exactly like the photos? A: While we strive for 100% accuracy, please keep in mind that many of our products are crafted from natural materials like Western Red Cedar and Hickory. Natural wood grain variations, small knots, and slight color shifts are hallmarks of authentic timber and are not considered defects. Additionally, slight color variations may occur due to individual monitor settings and lighting conditions.
Q: What should I do if my swing arrives damaged? A: Our items are built tough, but accidents can happen during transit. If you notice any damage upon arrival, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you immediately.

Payments & Security

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Our checkout process utilizes SSL encryption technology to ensure your personal and financial data is 100% secure and protected.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed? A: Because we aim for a 2-4 day handling time, orders enter our fulfillment system quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for shipping after this window, we are unable to cancel or intercept the delivery.
